Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before registering as an Education Coupon Manager on the portal.mappt.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Takor Group (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Mappt is an offline mobile mapping Android application used to capture and manage geospatial data in the field.
The university lecturer or university worker who registers as an Education Coupon Manager. In some cases this individual may have to prove their connection to the university.
Active student or other university staff who owns the official uni email account.
A coupon assigned to the user that contains a code to activate Mappt.
Education Coupon Managers may be contacted by us to verify their relationship to the university.
Users may be contacted by us to verify their relationship to the university.
Once the coupons are purchased there is no option to cancel, refuse or have the purchase refunded unless we agree on this.
Once a user has been assigned an education coupon, that coupon can be re-assigned or released to a different user by the Education Coupon Manager.
Once the coupon has expired it cannot be renewed and access to Mappt will be denied.
Mappt cannot be used for any commercial activity with an education licence. It must be used for education and research only.
If any condition above is broken we reserve the right to terminate this agreement with you and invalidate your coupons and licences immediately. This can also mean any data collected with Mappt can be lost.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
